Transition to Mallard?

I don't think this would affect kubuntu-docs, for now. As to whether
KDE might move away from docbook, that's something that hopefully
Richard and Shaun can explore when they meet in Chicago. I'm really
hopeful that our respective upstreams at Gnome, KDE and XFCE will all
see the benefit of establishing a cross desktop standard for help.
