ubuntu-docs Requirements?

The installation guide didn't really work out how I planned. We have a
small amount of rough draft material, but not much. It would be nice to
get something like this done for Lucid, perhaps on a more limited scale.

With regards to the New to Ubuntu document, I think it's important to
invest some time in improving it this release cycle. Part of that
improvement process should involve setting out aims for the document, so
that we end up with something focused and useful. Is anyone interested
in taking the lead?
