Ubuntu Packaging Guide

Hi All,

Over the past month or so I've been doing some initial work on revising the
packaging guide.  I wanted to get word out about it so that others were
fully aware of the project, and could hopefully contribute.

I've been drafting the work thus far in Mallard, and the branch is available
at: https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-doc/+junk/packaging-guide

Of course, to create your own branch, you would do: bzr branch
lp:~ubuntu-core-doc/+junk/packaging-guide
Once branched, to view the guide, just enter "yelp packaging-guide/" into a
terminal.  (Note that the guide can be displayed natively in yelp, or output
to HTML, but that the Mallard content needs to be converted to HTML before
it can be displayed in khelpcenter.)

It's largely just a proof of concept for right now, but I've stubbed out a
number of the pages.  I've also provided some placeholder "notes" to point
out some of the features that I've included in the guide thus far.

Please let me know if you have feedback, questions, or if you'd like to
contribute.
