Old user-guide in Natty?

Right, the problem with this solution is that we duplicate
documentation on the system and increase the package size. If there is
another solution out there, we should try for it.

Translations are not so much of a problem because these are removed
from the gnome-user-guide binary package during the build process, and
put into language packs.
