CHANGELOG: User Documentation Main Page: Using the terminal

Hi All,

After further discussing the section on the terminal with Chris, the two of
us concluded that the new user indeed shall not want to use the terminal
unless necessary, and I have reworded the section to reflect so. Also, when
that section urged the new user to familiarize themselves with the terminal,
it did not tell them what was expected of them. To this end, I have created
there an example scenario where a new user wants help with their wireless
card, and has ventured onto the forums, and how a few simple commands can
help others help him. This has increased the verbosity of this section, but
I think it goes a long way towards the clarity of what is conveyed as well.
Please read the new version, and any suggestions are, as always, more than
welcome!
