Thanks for your reply Matthew. Adam Sommer has stepped down from
maintaining the server docs (

Which is why, this cycle I will be spending some cycles maintaining the
server guide. I plan to actively review all chapters ensuring all
outdated information is fixed, as well as adding some documentation for
new developments such as Orchestra provisioning, Ensemble and Ubuntu
Cloud. I'm an Ubuntu member and I'm maintaining the Ubuntu cloud portal
(cloud.ubuntu.com), so I'm familiar with many of these technologies. I
wish to get at least this first merge reviewed fairly quickly, to avoid
crunching on many chapters only to discover that I should be doing this
in a completely different way. Finally, since Adam stepped down, I hope
someone else can review and merge this proposal
