Gday Komputes,
I'm not an official spokesperson of the team or anything but I thought
I'd share what knowledge I've gleaned by lurking around the docs team.
If anyone know more information or knows my suggestions to be
incorrect please let us both know.

I don't believe tags are used on wiki.u.c as the goals of wiki.u.c and
help.u.c are different. The wiki.u.c is designed for team
collaboration while the help.u.c site is designed as a tool to
facilitate user assistance that does indeed use a wiki installation to
achieve this.

See above.

That page is actually referring to the help.u.c site so it is relevant
and useful, just a little confusing.

I'm not sure about this one, maybe an idea that never made it into reality yet?

Assistance pages should be on help.u.c page and as for HardwareSupport
I'd start with https://help.ubuntu.com/community#Hardware and
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/CategoryHardware
