Minor problems with html generation (gnome-user-help)

Hello!

I have managed to succesfully build html files and the resulting html
looks the same as the one on help.ubuntu.com with one minor exception.
On the index page titles for 3 topics (user preferences, files and are
missing as can be seen here -

When i use yelp to open .xml files i don't have such an issue. So the
problem is most likely with html export. Has anyone else experienced
this type of an issue and knows how to fix it? Of course i can
manually add the links, but it will probably become annoying to do
after every translation bugfix ;).
