Guidance on AzureusHowTo

I cleaned up AzureusHowTo and added Natty Install Information plus updated
the links.... I suggest possibly renaming the page to AzureusHowTo or making
a VuzeHowTo and redirecting.

Azureus is now Vuze the only thing that has not changed is the package name
which is Azureus. I do not have page renaming permissions yet so if this
change is favorable someone else will need to do it.

Any feedback on the changes I made is appreciated... I had one of the
Kubuntu Doc leads look at my changes and she thought they looked fine.
