[oneiric] Where should we keep the serverguide?

I agree Matt, my thinking about giving the Server Team access was so that if
someone is found that can dedicate more time to the guide than I can, it
would be easier for them. But after thinking about some more, that person
should also be part of the Doc Team to make sure things are well coordinated
as possible between the two teams.
I guess feel free to go ahead and make the changes, and once they're done we
should send a message to the Server Team mailing list.
