Handling flavor docs (re: LP teams, permissions)

Hi,
I've met astraljava at the QA meetings :)
My own personal preference is to use the #redirect tag, a page doesn't use
up much space on the wiki server and does prevent some pour soul getting a
404 from a bookmarked link.
If the other language pages are not being maintained and are out of date,
I'd suggest to also redirect them to the up to date english version. It is
worse to have out of date information than no page at all, if at some point
someone wishes to update them, the #redirect can be removed easily.
I must add a little foot note.... These are my own personal views and
understanding of being a wiki editor. I'm not infallible and maybe someone
on the doc team may hold wiser views.
Regards,
Phill.
