Update po files

We will try to update the pot file more regularly in future. But see below.

You have chosen to translate on the Ubuntu package, rather than on the
ubuntu-docs project, which is where translations should really take
place. That means that the pot template may not be as up to date as on
the ubuntu-docs project. We can update the ubuntu-docs project simply
by updating the pot file in our bzr branch, whereas the Ubuntu package
is more difficult to update, as it requires an upload of the package.

I understand that the reason you have done this is that translations
were not enabled on the ubuntu-docs project for precise. That is
intentional, because things can still change. What you really should
be doing is translating the oneiric version, because those
translations can be added both to oneiric and to precise (we sync
translations from the previous version). Then in precise you only need
to translate the new strings.
