Suggestion: make language switching available in official web help for 12.10 and 12.04 desktops

Hi :)
Yes, i was going off on a wrong tangent there!  I hadn't followed the thread closely enough.  Sorry for the traffic! :(  

When i click on that link i get the top part of the page in some other language, looks vaguely Spanish or Italian or something (i'm English so i can barely even read 1 language let alone more than 1).  Then from under the animated pictured and on downwards it's all in English (not sure if Uk/Gb or US).  

Now i know what you are all talking about i totally agree too.  That would be an excellent page to jump from one language to another.  It looks a bit like the old Signpost page but all grown-up and quite sophisticated now.
