Capitalization Dash and Launcher

In the current Ubuntu Desktop Guide (Quantal Beta2) I see both "the 
Launcher" and "the launcher."
Examples from one page (Use the launcher to start applications):
The Launcher is one of the key components...
The launcher provides you....
At the Ubuntu Manual Project we have had a discussion on this and 
decided to capitalize both launcher and dash.
I wonder what you have decided here at Ubuntu-docs for both the Dash and 
the Launcher.
