Ubuntu Documentation - Getting Started

Hi Folks,

We need to try and finish off the Getting Started in the next few
weeks so we can focus on normal doc work tasks.

Can everyone put some eyes on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/phillw/temp_Manual and make any obvious
changes and additions.
