To clarify:

[1] Is the temp page that Phill started from Benjamin's google
docs page. Currently, and because in my option [2] has been put
to the incorrect spot and because I don't like that the history
information was lost in the move from [1] to [2], I am keeping
it identical to [2]. (and John did also, the other day.)

[2] Is where Phill copied [1] to a few days ago. I disagree with
this location, as mentioned in [3] which has had no reply comments.
(Note: Things have progressed and [3] is largely obsolete now.)

Wasn't the original thinking with [4] to put this new page at [5]?
(as linked to from the "Working on System Documentation" box in [4].)

Is the reader confused yet?
