OTOH, nobody can start updating a page without reviewing it first. ;-)
So "reviewed but not yet updated" makes sense only if the person who
reviewed it has committed him/herself to update it. And in that case,
something like "work in progress" would be more accurate.

There is certainly no need to apologize for that. Participating in the
discussion is one form of contribution.
