[wiki] Move instead of delete?

I'm sure that's normally the proper step to take.
In the first message in this thread I linked to a page that I think
should be removed for quality reasons. Probably - and hopefully - it's
an exception. Nevertheless I don't think that our guidelines and
criteria for maintaining the help wiki should preclude quality issues as
a possible reason for deletion.
