WIki Documentation: Not allowed to edit page

Hi :)
The Edit "button" is more like a tab just under the title of the page.  See attached.  I'm not sure why you are seeing "Immutable".  Hopefully i made the page in the "Community Documentation" rather than the "Official docs"!  The line "This page is being worked on." is text that i typed in.  You can write stuff under it and then delete that when you are ready or you can just delete it before you start.  I'm not sure if we have a convention or if there is a better "tag" or what so feel free until someone here lets us know.
