Hmm,

I have to agree, I just looked at it, and it needs completely formatting
for wiki. I'm sorry to be a bearer of bad news (as usually I can spend some
hours on wiki stuff), but if you need this updating any time before Monday,
I will not have the time to put in all headers and scripting things (RL,
gets in the way - I'm away over the weekend).

I have done a basic drag and drop onto
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/phillw/temp_Manual If you good people decide it is
worth going on with, then I will get it formatted up. If someone else wants
to get it done, you are welcome! I can simply rename it into the area you
wish it to be once everyone is happy.
