Ubuntu Documentation - Getting Started

Is not the section "Tools for Ubuntu Documentation Work Flow",
and as copied from the place [1] Hannie found, actually
incorrect for the docs application?

The only package I have loaded on my system from the list
is "gnupg". I do not have "packaging-dev", or several of the
mentioned sub-components ("pbuilder", "ubuntu-dev-tools",
"bzr-builddeb", "apt-file"). However, I do build the docs,
and I need the yelp stuff to do it.

I have edited the section (not finished yet).

I think I (or someone) will have to start with a fresh install
(perhaps a VM) and follow the instructions to make sure.
