Remove /Tasks and References to Docbook from docTeam wiki?

Hi Doc team,

The DocTeam wiki does need a lot of clean-up, particularly in these very
apparent cases. I'm going through it to refresh my memories.

*1. References to Docbook*

As seen in the following texts

  * "... and is comfortable working with DocBook, Bazaar and Launchpad." [1]
  * "Please remember when submitting material for transcription to
DocBook that it will take time for a member to convert your
    materials." [2]

We might as well remove such references to Docbook and instead link it
to Mallard information.

*2. /Tasks* [3]

The /Tasks subpage is outdated and currently doesn't serve a purpose.
Should it be deleted, or would there be a use for it in the near
future? Therefore, should a link to it exist in any text in the DocTeam
home page?

Thanks,
