You should be able to do a full text search for some of the content from
the page. If you can remember some specific strings it will make finding it
easier. If you put the text in the search bar it will search the page
names, but at the top of the list there is the option to "do a full text
search" which usually takes some time.

If you can remember what time and date you did the rename as others have
mentioned there is also the recent changes page [1].

If that fails, it's time to start logging a bug or an RT to see what
happened.
