I support Kevin's application too; I've been impressed with his
interventions on the mailing lists and the patches have been solid;
ordinarily at least under the past membership policy we would probably
ask for some more patches but in Kevin's case his background with the
Ubuntu Manual Project is more than enough of a recommendation, and the
project needs him too!

If no one opposes I will add him tomorrow to the group.
