Hey there,
I've often come across references to "easy" or "easily" (or any
variant of those) in the Ubuntu documentation, and I feel they should
either be removed outright or replaced with text that doesn't
reference the degree to which a user may or may not grapple with a
task.
Basically, if a document a user references says [insert task here] is
easy and he or she tries to do it and fails, he or she is going to
feel like a complete idiot and possibly give up or at least
experience a frustration that might not have been an issue at all if
a level of difficulty hadn't been implied to begin with.
Since there are so many of these references sprinkled about, I
figured I'd come in here and see what you all thought about it before
"taking the knife" to them. (:
