You do have documentation :) To browse the Desktop documentation that
comes with Ubuntu, open your dash and just type "help" (typing
"documentation" will also find the "help" app).
This will bring up the Ubuntu Desktop Guide that we're working on (and
I'm referring to in this thread).
The Ubuntu Manual is separate, complementary documentation project to
what ships with Ubuntu. Their project and mailing list are separate
from ubuntu-doc and can be found here:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual
That would be a better place to discuss efforts they have for working
on getting it included in Ubuntu, if any.
