Thank you so much! We really need more folks who are maintaining the
software letting us know about changes and new features since it's
really hard for us to track that ourselves for everything.

Looks like someone took the initiative here and added said column,
thanks for the feedback (and to the person who added the comments
column!)

I'd say for now just file bugs here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+filebug

And add the bug number to the new comments field in the spreadsheet.
MPs for the fixes and such should be linked to the bug so it should be
sufficient for the workflow.
