Gwibber bugs - 1225722 and 1225876 on hold

I got the following from Benjamin: "Friends is just Gwibber renamed with
some major changes to the code base and unity integration."

I am proposing this action plan (which I will assign to myself).

. rename unity-dash-gwibber.page to unity-dash-friends.page (edit Makfile.am
and related links (i.e. the news-new page) is also needed).
. edit unity-dash-friends.page to reflect reality. (its icon description and
location on the bar)
. update the spreadsheet notes.
. update the various related launchpad bug reports.

As it appears that the lens bar has been changed in order and content in
13.10
I suggest no changes should be made to satisfy these bugs.

Once the detail is confirmed I will offer a replacement with suggested
"code".
