Translations Freeze for Trusty?

Hi,
There is an extra export and import cycle involved with Ubuntu-docs and
therefore it falls under the NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline, which is
April 3rd.
Yes, that is only 2 weeks after string freeze, and very few languages
actually complete translations by that date. More typically translations
continue on when people feel like it and over the entire cycle.
I think we could debate if an entire week is needed between the
NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline and the LanguagePackTranslationDeadline
because the launchpad delays for these things are not nearly as long as they
used to be and in recent cycles we have been on the ball with this stuff.

The Documentation freeze happens on March 20th, which is when we
typically ship everything off to the translators (this is done rather
quickly these days).
