I'm not Doug, but... I accidentally noticed an issue and addressed it on
the MP (after merging). For now I'd suggest that somebody just commits
the old version of legal.xml, together with possible other things that
I'm not aware about, as a new revision. After all, we need to move
forward, and reverting commits to lp:ubuntu-docs should be reserved for
exceptional cases IMO.
