Pending Release 13.04 End Of Life

Some background:

Since I have been doing it, I have deleted the related
help.ubuntu.com web pages within days of EOL. Nobody
has ever commented before. This is the first time I
have sent out a "pending" e-mail. This is also the first
EOL on the 9 month life cycle.

The launchpad bzr branch for help.ubuntu.com is
enormous.

Lars,
It's read only already.
As for archiving it: I wouldn't know where to archive it;
Someone else would have to do it.

Tom,
We could leave it for a month. I don't see the point, because,
and I think by design, there has already been 3 months overlap
with 13.10. Myself, I have no intention of doing a single page link,
however someone else can.

Peter,
Are you referring to here: http://releases.ubuntu.com/ ?
We could consider that, but it presupposes that someone else
is on the ball.
