[ Desktop ] Online Accounts (accounts..page) fix needed

Hello All,

After the ubuntu-doc-325 merge, I rebuilt all the the entire Desktop
Guide only to find several navigation issues and a couple things that I
should have addressed beforehand. Why I wasn't seeing the nav issues
before I sent the MP, I'm not really sure.

In any case, I have the problems resolved so I can either provide a
patch, or send another merge request, which ever is easier to deal with.

I also ran into some yelp-build deprecation errors occurring on
non-related files, I'll send that out to the list also.

Apologies for the merge hassle.
