Moderated messages

Hello, everyone.

I just finished going through the moderation queue for this mailing
list. You'll see a few new messages that were sent to the list some
time ago but were sitting in the moderation queue awaiting approval
(usually because the sender isn't subscribed to the list).

When responding to these messages, keep in mind that they may have
been sent prior to the recent milestones/deadlines.

I'll try to stay on top of the moderation queue going forward.
