Ubuntu Wiki: issue on Immutable Page

Hi all,

There are two issues I see.


The first one is a bit incomplete instructions on https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UEC/Images. Section "Ubuntu Cloud Guest images on 12.04 LTS (Precise) and beyond using NoCloud" there recommends to run 'sudo apt-get install cloud-utils" and then run cloud-localds from cloud-utils. But there is no cloud-localds on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise). The author of the page noticed it and in the instruction found here (https://gist.github.com/smoser/6066204) we can see how to fix it:

## on precise, cloud-localds is not in archive. just download.
$ localds_url="http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~cloud-utils-dev/cloud-utils/trunk/download/head:/cloudlocalds-20120823015036-zkgo0cswqhhvener-1/cloud-localds"
$ which cloud-localds ||
  { sudo wget "$localds_url" -O /usr/local/bin/cloud-localds &&
    sudo chmod 755 /usr/local/bin/cloud-localds; }

I believe it would be nice to have this recipe just on Ubuntu Wiki page to have working instructions.



The second issue actually appeared when I tried to make the change to the Wiki myself, i.e. to fix the first issue described on https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UEC/Images page. It turned out that the page is immutable and I found no means to report the issue on it (so I send this email to the list I found). I believe that it would be nice to have some mechanism to report issues on immutable pages.
