I wholeheartedly support this application.

David's contributions have always been high quality. He rather 
double-checks things with multiple people than hastily does anything, a 
very desirable committer quality.

Moreover, since he is the Xubuntu documentation lead now, it would be 
insane not to grant him this ability.
