Hi :)
+1
There are lots of different forums for Ubuntu and any 1 of them should be
good. You have to register at one in order to post. So you might find you
register at quite a few before you find one that you are happy with.

1. this is probably the most widely well known one
http://ubuntuforums.org/

2. this is the official one
http://community.ubuntu.com/contribute/support/launchpad-answers/

3. these 2 give lots of places to try to find help from
http://community.ubuntu.com/help-information/
http://community.ubuntu.com/help-information/
you'll see i've already given links to some of those places and they have
similar information on each of those pages

4. this is a more generic Linux forum so some of the answers might be
specific to other distros and need kinda interpreting for Ubuntu, but it's
the Ubuntu section of that forum
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/ubuntu-63/

5. this might be the complicated one that you had trouble understanding.
Some people find it easier and more intuitive but others find it complicated
http://askubuntu.com/

Hopefully something there can help! You don't need to try them all! Just
try the 1st one and see how it goes. If you don't like it move down to the
next one.
Regards from
Tom :)
