Separate mailing list for the desktop guide?

The ubuntu-doc mailing list is pretty much serving as an umbrella list,
and the topics are rarely focused on our 'core business': writing and
publishing docs contents. Once in a while, as regards the desktop guide,
I find myself being involved in quite lengthy private email
conversations with Doug at first hand, but sometimes also Kevin. I feel
that some of those conversations might be of interest to other doc team
members, who could more easily get involved if we held the discussions
publicly. At the same time it would probably be too much for this more
general list.

So my idea is that we may need a separate list, maybe
ubuntu-doc-desktop, to which people who want to actively contributing to
the desktop guide could subscribe. Maybe ubuntu-doc-server and
ubuntu-doc-wiki would be motivated too.

Thoughts?
