Separate mailing list for the desktop guide?

Probably it would help:

  - Clearly defining the goal of the documentation team.
  - If people usually contact this list by error regarding a topic, 
making a notice in the contact wiki-page with instructions about how to 
handle that topic. Take as example <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/Contact>.
