Unwanted Wiki update notifications

Hello team,

I've been a long time user of Ubuntu and have been active with editing
wikis in the past. However at a certain time the login methode switched to
Ubuntu One account login (if I remember correctly) and I've been unable to
unsubscribe from old (sub-)pages I was subscribed to since before the
switch.

I'd like to figure out what the possibilities are in regards to fixing it
server-side, because I'm probably not the only one with the issue and it
could reduce a bug bunch of unnecessary server queries/load.
