[Wiki] Can not edit any Ubuntu community wiki page anymore

Has anyone encountering this problem tried Pasi's suggestion here? It
usually works. The wiki does very aggressive caching so it shows pages
at immutable from before you logged in because it's caching that
status.

If it doesn't work, it's something we can raise with Canonical IS when
they're back next week.
