[Wiki] Can not edit any Ubuntu community wiki page anymore

Hi :)
This worked well for me too. :)  If anyone is still having problems
then please let us know! :)

When it did work i realised that yday i had missed the grey tabs
underneath the whole login/log-out  and account details area.  So it's
possible that i could have been able to do editing yday too, without
even going through any of the log-out and clearing caches that i have
just done.  Still, it is good to do that sort of spring cleaning
anyway, especially around this time of year and after all the big
celebrations.
