"sane.d tutorial" wiki page should be renamed "saned tutorial"

I created a new page (with a few minor edits) called SaneDaemonTutorial and
added a REDIRECT to the old page. (There are a small number pages in the
wiki that point to the old page and it's always possible some external
sites do, too.)

If this is acceptable, I can remove the content from the original page (so
it's not confusing to see it appear before the REDIRECT takes effect).
