Continued maintenance of the UbuntuHashes wiki page

Hi everyone,

There's an outstanding bug about how long it takes to update the
UbuntuHashes wiki page maintained at:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuHashes

Steve Langasek points out: "The cdimage team considers this wiki page
redundant with the gpg-signed SUMS files that we already publish via
releases.ubuntu.com and cdimage.ubuntu.com."

Thoughts on halting maintenance and pointing people to the current
SUMS files published in the repos?
