Issue tracker for Ubuntu wiki?

Hi,
First of all, sorry for the three message, two of them are using the
not-to-great ISP elasticmail.com which rewrites links. If you don't
mind, you can post your reply on the last one without the rewritten link
again and I'll do the same with this reply, so that everything is in order.
I have to admit that I don't understand the connection of your reply to
my question. I'm referring to an [issue tracking
system](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Issue_tracking_system) which
doesn't track revisions of a page, but issues.
