[wiki] PAE page: formatting and flavor-agnosticism

What it looks to me is that the Cyber Penguin version of the page is 
more adjusted to the needs and it's more visual, while the version from 
Pasi is better structured.

I think that I'm writing a draft of this page myself now, so we can more 
easily agree at what to modify or not.
