Membership Documentation

Hi belkinsa,

I've been working toward this goal (Ubuntu Membership) for some time
now, and have recently updated my WIKI page.

What documentation, aside from the Wiki Page, are you referring too? Are
there guidelines for writing the document or maybe an example?
