Should have said:

The stable directory will change from this:

clouddocs -> ../14.04/clouddocs
installation-guide -> ../14.04/installation-guide
serverguide -> ../14.04/serverguide
ubuntu-help -> ../15.10/ubuntu-help

to this:

clouddocs -> ../16.04/clouddocs  or   clouddocs -> ../14.04/clouddocs or whatever Canonical wants to do with it.
installation-guide -> ../16.04/installation-guide
serverguide -> ../16.04/serverguide
ubuntu-help -> ../16.04/ubuntu-help
