What does it need to update the web representation of the serverguide

Hi,
I just wanted to learn about the internal dependencies.
A few of you helped me to get some fixes into the Serverguide - thanks a
lot.

But now I wanted to understand what it needs to become actually reflected
in e.g. https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/... or the respective 16.04
variant?

Is this a regular job, part of a manual task, or even as complex as an SRU
but for documentation?
