It's been pointed out to me that while everyone can see /EditorGroup
fine, the /AdminGroup page says "Вам не разрешено менять эту
страницу." to folks who aren't part of that team. As far as Google
Translate tells me, that means "You are not allowed to change this
page." In Russian.

There's no real need for folks to see that page anyway, it's just a
list of admin users just like the Editor group is editors.
