Write the Docs North America 2016 Conference

Is anyone from the team planning to attend the Write the Docs North America
2016 Conference? [1] There will be a sprint/writing day the Sunday before
the conference. It would be nice to gather a few Ubuntu documentarians
together to work on bugs or some other project.

topics, and events. [2]
